Not sure how the service actually is? Arrived at 3:50 on a Friday afternoon to an empty store at Innaloo with a sign saying “back in 15 minutes”. Well I really needed a bunch of keys cut so I decided to wait… and wait… and wait. At 20 mins I decided to even go and get some food within sight of the store. Waited to order and waited to get food. I then sat 5 meters away from the store eating - still no one. This is purely feedback. In my 40 mins watching the empty store I observed 5 different customers take time to wait. Most gave up after 5 mins. I have waited so long I decided to write this review. I have taken my business to Bunnings. Might I recommend a sign with a “will return by” time.

I put my daughters back pac in to have the straps attached as they were coming off. I was very happy with the friendly service but the guy put one of the straps on back to front. I am a sewer myself and don’t know how someone could be so careless not to check that the straps were facing the right way. Also the glue was visible where he had put it. It was not worth the $20 I paid
