Villa 5Serious mould issues on ceilings and even the tea/coffee caddy. Ceiling fans are dirty. Cobwebs and mould on bedside lamps. Both bathrooms flooded into bedroom area. Dead bugs (hundreds) and old cobwebs on the kitchen louvers. In fact there are cobwebs on the ceilings throughout. The top of the fridge is greasy. Dirty windows, cultery drawers, mould in shower grout.I wouldn't recommend this unit. I'm wondering what the $120 cleaning fee actually covers? I have taken photos for documentation purposes and will be requesting a refund for the cleaning fees. I invite a response from the property manager.

Great location as 5 - 10 min walk to the main shops and beach. Private two story stand alone villa with everything you need. Clean. We stayed in #5. Has an outdoor shower. It's basically 2 main rooms with en suites upstairs and then the garage downstairs has two sets of bunk beds with the bottom bunk being a double bed. Those staying downstairs can use the outdoor loo and shower otherwise need to go to the en suites upstairs.

Less than impressed is an understatement. For a villa that supposedly sleeps 8 comfortably, I fail to see how this is possible when 6 out of 8 beds are bunk beds, and barely big enough to sleep anyone over 5'8. BBQ Facilities? Yes
