Never ever once got some one from mentoring team to call me back regarding my clients or even call me to till me that mentor called in sick its a service at least let people know happens all the time they take phone number and no one calls back ever apsalutly un professional.

I was in Hospital for 3 months after suffering a Mini Stroke at home in early March of this year. I was in Hospital for that amount of time & relearning how to walk again. Since then I have been discharged & sent back home. The team from this company has been fabulous. They bought me my own equipment and supported me through my recovery. I would recommend this company to anyone who has a disability.

Excellent coordination of NDIS related support for a family member, extremely competent staff, timely responses, efficient at the job.

Sam. I couldn't agree more.I only gave one star cause I couldn't do less than that. They take away people's rights to choice and control.I've had nothing but trouble with a4u and I have tried to engage with them in a professional manner. However I've had zero response. I've emailed all of management and still nothing. My daughter is vulnerable and they've not cared. I STRONGLY advise to NOT use this company, as they do not care.I sent this email to A4U a couple of days ago still with no response.....To All of management.I am disgusted in your lack of compassion, your lack of care. Your lack of ability to provide any of what your organisation claims to offer.Your lack of response to my last couple of emails. I bared my soul in that last email and I got nothing! From any of you!I'm absolutely appalled that your allowed to carry on working for our loved ones, when you clearly couldn't care less.Because of your own selfish reasons , you've stopped our support. And my daughters plan is now exhausted and I have to wait for a review before I can continue services. I have no idea how to do all this.You have seased my choice of service without any explanation. I had scheduled ages ago to get the review before we ran out of funds.If you had let me continue with my choice of service, this would not be happening. I 100 % blame you.Your website claims you, to be obsessed with your clients.You have no regard for your clients whatsoever.You do not stand for what we all need.Your part of the problem, not the solution.Shame on you!If you sleep well at night. then double shame on you!!!
