The service they provided was great. The company our real estate recommended for the exit clean never responded to my enquires and am genuinely glad they didn't after my experience with DTS. Daniel, who was on time, came through personally and went through everything in detail and everything was agreed upfront. He even offered advice and a physical demonstration on what we were taking care of ourselves. Everything was completed to a high standard too. Strongly recommend

This company went well above and beyond to ensure that my daughter got her bond refunded. The professional manner in which he treated both myself and the complex manager was outstanding. The job was completed in a short amount of time and to a fantastic standard. He organised all that was required. Bond clean, carpet clean and pest control. I would recommend DTS Bond Cleaning. Daniel was great to deal with. He gave regular updates on the clean with photos. He also had to deal with a difficult real estate agent. He is professional and did a great job of a difficult clean that required cleaning of walls due to mould.

Super professional, on did the job well the first time

From the very beginning of the service, this business was a stand out. I spent hours researching Bond Cleaners across the Coast to find a reputable business and also an accurate quote. I completed many online forms which resulted in an emailed quote which was doubled once speaking with the business which was concerning ... this was until I found DTS!!! I called DTS and spoke with Daniel who answered the phone at 10:30pm and walked us through the process. He then visited our rental home to provide an accurate quote to ensure we would receive no extra costs on the day. The efficient service with a smile did not stop there. Any questions I had were answered within the hour, payment was easy and the team was punctual and efficient. Also, as promised DTS returned to our rental home as often as required to address any issues noted by the Property Managers in regards to the Bond Clean. After this experience, I won’t be doing any more Bond Cleaning myself as the extra stress is just not worth it. I highly recommend DTS, you can feel at ease that the cleaning portion of your Bond Clean is in safe hands.
