Im so happy with my shoes, thank you so much!!! I had my satin & lace bridal shoes custom made overseas and wanted to dye them black so I could wear them again, as they are not only beautiful, but extremely comfortable. I searched everywhere for someone to dye them and this was the only place in Australia that said they could do it. Sam was so friendly and helpful, he told me to post them in as I couldn't get into the city (and I put in a reply post bag) and paid over the phone yesterday. I just got them back, which was so fast and they turned out better than I ever hoped! I would highly recommend these guys.

Very disappointed. Brought in some boots with soles detached. Seems he used a cheap adhesive sparingly that separated after one wear. Would not entrust any more of my more valuable items due to this experience.

Has the pleasure meeting Jon today when collecting my shoes! Amazing!! excellent workmanship and quality. My favourite shoes are 10 years old.. and they fixed and polished it. I am a very happy customer, I will come back!

Walked in off the street in the morning with a talking shoe after going elsewhere closer to my office and being told that they would not help.Went to Jon, asked me to take off my shoe and he explained he can do a repair that wont last very long but will get me through the day. Very happy. I had to force Jon to charge me! Great service and quick repair.

Booked in my business shoes that had just started to spilt at the edges. Was advised they would take three days to fix and the cost. They were ready at the time quoted and the price was as quoted also! For +$300 leather shoes I always am hesitant to get any pair fixed after having a bad experience with those shopping centre repair places so now I seek out the best. The quality was above and beyond what I expected. Highly recommend and I know that if I have any more issues with any other pairs they will be my go-to.
