Great customer service, spend time talking about what I wanted, was very transparent and understanding of what I needed and wasn't chasing an extra buck. Especially after I had trouble with other local stores, being condescending and rude! Dylan listened to me ramble and offered the services I needed. Gave me a clear and concise price expectation and reasonable time line, unlike other local competitors that told me how long is a piece of string there is too much involved to tell you what it would take" I'm glad I found Wagga IT and I'll be recommending every to them!Again. I needed my old computer cloned to my new one. I am a more senior citizen and mucking around with passwords etc is an issue for me. I just wanted to sit down at my new computer and start using it with no issues. Thanks to Dylan this is exactly what happened. I can't recommend him (Wagga IT) highly enough.
