I am reviewing this place again and have moved this down to 3 stars (or less) from the 5 stars I gave earlierOf late the service of this place has drastically gone downMost of the time orders on phone are not being prepared to what the order wasThe wait time has abnormally increasedThe prices have of course increasedThe taste has gone down drasticallySauces are missingThere is no one go take care of the customers complaintOverall it's best now to avoid this place

Burgers were decent and chips were below average.They take too long to make the food and messed up the order. It's an alright place if you just want somewhere close to eat but there's better in the area.

Very bad wrap its no taste at all on wrap every time i buy from Dougies always one order is very bad . Never perfect don’t feel to go back again. Wrap given me was line full of oil i dont know chicken was not cooked at all . No taste at all .Worst place to eat bought the $19 plate for chicken and rice given to me was literally raw rice , even owner was there and didn’t bother to refund or offer different products. Worst than ever i seen in my life . Never recommend anyone to go there also way expensive than other good quality burgers shop.Brother it was your rice , it was cold as it was from freezer. So I microwave the rice because cold and its became hard like raw . Also wrap I bought it before from you . Just microwave your rice in dish and see . Also you offer me same quality rice from freezer. I ask you brown rice and you refuse. Also i wasted my money . You didn’t ask me even refund for it . You know better than me . Any way this not first time happened.

Wasn’t the Dougies I remember..The burgers were Meh and the chicken was tasteless.Didn’t enjoy the food here after spending around $50 on two meals including the fried chicken.The fried chicken tasted like oil and nothing else zero flavour zero meat.The burgers were nothing to brag about, in general I think the place was having a bad day or something.

Before I discovered this place, I'd always go for a kebab roll whenever I dine out in Auburn. They have lots of options to choose from and their service is fast, in addition to having excellent burgers.

The guy there is very very nice and amazing. Food is amazing. I personally love the hot chips. But the service is what really made my visit 10/10

We are not coming here again. The burger bun was cold and not crispy. It does not taste better than it looks.Hurstville dougies grill is way better than Auburn. So it’s a total let down for me.

Came here after years and the food was still great. It was a very quiet Saturday afternoon around 3.30-4pm, so there were no other customers, as it was neither really lunch or dinner time. Service was fast, stafg were lovely. We sat at the back and had a nice lunch. The ribs were especially great, as was the chicken plate. Chicken burger and kids chicken burger were also good. Love having the option of salad and rice, rather than always having chips.
