Great experience with my pedicure today. Massage wasn't rushed and friendly staff.

If I could give this business 0 stars I would. So unbelievably rude and the nails I left with were simply embarrassing. I called to request a removal and refund and was initially refused but after showing the quality of nails I received, I received one. My simple French manicure with acrylics were crooked, misshapen, chipped after 1 day and so thin they broke. The owner was aggressive and the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with in customer service. After explaining the situation in a calm manner and stating that $70 wasn’t acceptable for the quality she replied with “if you can’t pay $70 then don’t come back”. I was so shocked at this I could only laugh. Also hurt the hand of another woman while I was getting nails removed. Never again.

Worst service I’ve ever experienced. Incredibly rude staff. Was cut numerous times to the point of blood dripping. Acrylic stuck to my skin, all nails are different lengths, all uneven thicknesses. When I went back to address the situation, not a word was said from the staff and my money was thrown over the counter to me.

Really friendly staff. Great nails! Wish I would have asked the price though, infills and simple Christmas design was $80.

Honestly the worst infill I have ever gotten, every single nail was a different shape, the one nail they replaced is lumpy and not straight - I sat there and kept telling the woman it wasn't right, honest to God it looked like a shark tooth. I was so genuinely embarrassed and my finger hurt from all the filing that I after she asked if it was okay I said it was good enough, It was not getting any better so I paid and left.I went straight over to magnificent and they fixed it for me.Honestly I have never been more embarrassed of a set of nails in my life

I got my nails done Monday, it is now Sunday and tonight 90% of my nails fell off in just a few days. Not happy at all $50 for about 2 days of a full manicure. The staff were incredibly rude, laughed in my sisters face and cut both of our fingers numerous times, when we stated that hurt and to please not go over the cuts with the grinder they snatched our hands back and proceeded to go over the cuts more than once. My sister now has an infected finger from this manicure. The nails were crooked, all different lengths and shapes. The lady that checked us out at the register was the only nice lady there the rest were absolutely disgusting. I do not ever want to return here for a ‘fix’ a refund is needed this is appalling

First time I've used this salon, and I have to say the ladies were friendly and professional. They did a fantastic job on my nails, its been nearly three weeks since I've been in and my nails still look fab!Update: first time fantastic.Second time not so much. If you’re paying cash they are perfect, if you’re using a gift certificate, forget about it.1. Cuts to my toes from the nail file.2. When she indicated to put my feet into the water, I quickly pulled them out, water was scalding hot.3. Nails were painted in clumps, did not notice until I left and saw in the sun.4. The tech was disconnected, not at all interested in what she doing. No words, just tapping my leg to indicate what she wanted.Won’t be back.

I go to sparkling nails ALL the time. Pedicure, Manicure, SNS, Eyebrow Wax, the WORKS! they are friendly, professional, and do AMAZING work. I refuse to go anywhere else.

Would highly recommend! Tracey and the ladies are absolutely lovely and they always do an amazing job on my nails. Perfect customer service and they’re always so thorough with my sns and pedicures. It’s also really nice to see that so many of their customers are regulars - goes to show how good they are!
