Just bought a brand new GWM Cannon-L! Impeccable service from Ken, he looked after us right from start to finish. We test drove the Ute and he was able to give us a really good offer that we couldn’t say no to. I picked it up today and Ken gave us the full run down, I can appreciate when staff also own the same vehicles they are selling, it shows just how good the vehicle is and that they trust what they are selling. Was looking into a car and spoke with Matt from Camden Valley motors who was awesome to talk with, he referred me onto his salesman Mark Gill.Both of these guys are the most charismatic salesman I’ve spoken with. Of the 10+ dealerships I called these blokes where willing to give me a discount and look after me and sell me a car that had been well looked after and when they said it hadn’t had any scratches or dents ACTUALLY didn’t have any scratches or dents.I didn’t buy a car from either of these blokes but 100% recommend if you need a car and they have it at their yard, prioritise seeing Matthew or Mark, they will definitely look after you.Only reason I hadn’t bought a car from them was because of a particular colour car that another deal had that I had to have, but if that wasn’t the case would definitely had bought a car with them.They will be seeing me in the future when I look to get a new car.

Great team at Camden Valley Motors, Probably the best experience I have ever had when buying a vehicle. Logan, Matt and Emily are great communicators / listeners. If you are looking for a hassle free process, well presented and looked after vehicles, then head over to these guys - it is worth the drive. Their service and attention beats any of the dealers we visited prior to our purchase - they are down to earth, fun and engaged - you are their priority, they do not behave as sellers - I liked that about Camden Valley Motors. Service my car here today, and i was very disappointed, someone called me and left a voicemail about my brake pads needed to be replaced. I called them about this and the receptionist informed that she can’t advice me about the brake pads but would get someone from the service team to call me, 2 hrs and 30 mins went by, no phone call from the service team. The centre is about to close and still no one had called me. In the mean time I called them 4 times requesting to speak to someone from the service department, the receptionist kept on telling me no one from service could answer my call. I find this service very appalling. What sort of service centre is this, that no one from service centre can actually speak to me about my brake pads. Very disappointed!
