Wow what a beautiful experience and journey I have been on.Sarah's somatic healing ceremony shifted me through my blocks and emotions that I have been holding onto for a very long time.She helped me feel so at ease and at home in her space which gave me the opportunity to fully surrender into the healing process. Her sensitivity and understanding is a true gift as she creates a connection that fills my cup creating the inspiration to love myself even more.I was able to let go of so much tension I had been holding onto. And the feeling of being at peace and at home in my own body has given me the gift of realising the power and strength I can hold after properly taking care of myself.Her attention to detail and her commitment to checking into my ongoing process had my healing in the for front of my mind for the couple of weeks after the ceremony. As I worked through my people pleasing and tending to the inner creative fire within me. I feel inspired, whole and excited for my mission in life.I can't wait to have another session with Sarah. I knew Sarah from a previous yoga workshop she delivered. I listened to her stories and they resonated with my own. I have managed my anxiety and depression for a long time but always felt something deeper that nothing quite seemed to reach. I arranged a ceremony with Sarah and the pre-ceremony call put me at ease and I felt immediately comfortable and supported. On the day of the ceremony we met and again it felt welcoming, loving and a place where it was safe to open up and let go. The ceremony itself was very enjoyable and after I could feel that things had moved and were being released. The workbook provided had great prompts and questions. The follow up integration call was relaxed, joyous and really helped to provide some more tools to do the work and really make the best use of this process....

I guess choosing a healthy healing session is all individual and for me it’s about trust and letting go. Sarah offers a service that I was able to tune in and disconnect from outside interference by following her directions and intuitive energy connections. My session was two hours with a profound journey to connect to my body deeply. The following days I was very relaxed and tired from the session but also a new opening to energy.
