The older man (grey hair, glasses) is extremely rude and condescending. He lets the whole team down. Ive been in the store twice now and both times he speaks with a very condescending attitude.

Served by a older gentleman with glasses observed him having the phone hung up on him by a customer .I presume it was for his no existent customer service then had the pleasure of being served by him borderline shouting and condescending nature maybe IF he learnt too talk too people properly people would stay on the phone nice start too the day

I don’t normally write reviews but this store is absolutely horrible at colour matching. I had them match 3 different colours multiple times and none of their efforts were even remotely close. Went to Bunnings and they got it perfect in under 10 mins. Know idea who is training these guys but they’re either incompetent or don’t care. Avoid for any colour matching needs.

Very helpful staff who can provide excellent advice. I went there with several old cans of Dulux paint. Some were deemed unusable because the cans were rusted so I replaced them with new. Others were put on the shaker machine and were a perfect colour match when applied to touch up paint done in 2014.

Useless people.... train your staff better about your products.The guy had no clue about what I was talking about... didn’t even bother to help.Will not ues your service or recommend anyone to this place!
