We stayed at the Elanora property which was a fantastic place to stay for the week. We loved the area and staying right on the water was great. We travelled to the worlds and DFO everyday from Elanora and it was an easy drive. The property was beautifully presented and had everything we needed. Only reason it wasn’t 5 Stars was due to the oven and cooktop being difficult to use. The GC Holiday Home staff were easy to deal with and communication regarding check in / out and house details was great. We would definitely stay here again.

The property is always very well presented, sleeps 8 easily, located across the road from the beach and very private. Recently stayed at Pacific Breeze 6 and the booking was seamless with ample information given via emails and text message. Coded door meant we didn't have to travel to collect or drop off keys (or lose them during week!). The unit was extremely clean, recently refurbed with modern and beautiful decor. Location was right on the beach (2 steps away!) and plenty of food options within walking distance. Would stay here again and again and would definitely use Gold Coast Holiday Homes for future bookings.

Our recent experience with the wonderful people of Gold Coast Holiday Homes was outstanding.There was an initial hiccup with our booked accommodation, however this was remedied swiftly and professionally. (So much so, the only reason to include this is just to say how delighted we were with the response from the GCHH team). Every care was taken to ensure our stay was perfect. The accommodation itself was just fantastic and simply gorgeous - and the location, brilliant. We were so happy with our time there, we are already planning our next stay. Thank you to all the staff whom we communicated with during our time at Xavier Dunes. Your care and kindness was much appreciated. Can’t wait to return!

We stayed at 17 Kirra Gardens in a lovely, newly renovated 2 bed apartment. Gold Coast Holiday Homes were very pleasant to deal with. When I called to enquire and book they were friendly and helpful. The microwave stopped working while we were there and they replaced it the next day and were very courteous about it. Will definitely be staying here again and using Gold Cost Holiday Homes.

Kiwi couple enjoyed 10 wonderful days at Pelican Sands. Apt is spacious, light and bright. Comfy bed with memory foam pillows. Good kitchen and spacious dining room and lounge.Wonderful to have the Gold Coast pathway between apt and beach. Only negative was the noise from the Highway and Airport and the Apt could do with a lick of paint. Otherwise very good and we would return.

Made renting a holiday unit easy. Super awesome communication prior to arrival. Closes early on Saturday. Pleasant interactions with staff via email.

We stayed in the Point View Apartment in Bilinga for 23 nights.The place is in a great location, opposite the beach, but it isn't near any shops or cafes.The place was really grubby, filthy, greasy oven, dirty range hood, dirty windows throughout, all the roller blinds have mold on them, marks on the carpet and walls.The cupboards and drawers needed cleaning and the shower had black slimy mold, the vents in the toilet and laundry were blocked with dust and there was dust and dirt on all the ledges and edges in every room. The power points and light switches were also very dirty, fingerprints, food etc. The iron is rusted and pieces fall off.We also had an invasion of cockroaches as well.The lounge suite is torn and the material is rotten from the sun.It is a shame that it has not been maintained and kept clean as it is in such a lovely spot.
