DHL Supply Chain

The WORST shipping company ever in my 30-years life!! I’m usually a patient person, they drove me crazy! I have ordered something from Christian Dior online and they only deliver through DHL supply chain. Dior has sent my order out the next day after I completed my payment, and It’s been 3weeks now, I still haven’t received my order!!! I have called the 1300number 6 times, every times they give a different promise! But the truth is, 3weeks since Dior sent my order out, I haven’t seen my product! Ridiculous company!!! If you heard any company is gonna to use DHL Supply Chain, if you seriously want to receive your items, DO NOT buy it, coz with DHL Supply Chain, you’ll never get it!!!

Worst service dont use now again they just dont care about customer service and they holding my parcel neither they are bother to delivery on time or nor i able to collect it.

The worst delivery company ever!! not even knocking my door and left yellow undelivered shipment card TWICE and have to wait for another 48 to get re-delivery and cant get their drivers to turn around on the same day! what a joke!

Quit the job they were making truckies find their own stock on the floor.
