I Cannot praise Mario enough from Pro-Connect. Mario was completely professional from the get go, honest in assisting to select the right models for our complete home. Had 6 A/C units installed and 2 outdoor units. Completely understanding and worked around our budget to ensure we got the best. All done in 2 days no fuss, nor mess and service always with a smile. Mario and his team are very professional, diligent and thorough and do good post work cleaning. I highly recommend him. I hired him to remove one aircon and install 3 inverter split systems, replace electrical switchboard and remove old ceiling lights and replace them with downlights. His price is reasonable and infact he gave me a better price for same split systems which I bought from Goodguys so I had to return them to Goodguys and bought it from him.

Thanks Mario for a quick and stress free installation of our split system. Mario was great when I contacted him for a quote for installation of an air conditioner I had purchased. He educated me that the unit I had purchased was not suitable and urged me to exchange for an appropriate sized unit. Once I had the new unit, Mario promptly booked us in and we had our new air con installed just in time for summer. Professional, friendly and competitive prices. Highly recommend
