Took my mum for eyelash extensions before my brothers wedding and she was really nervous. The ladies did a great job; put her at ease and listened to her request for a full natural look appropriate for her age.

Less than one star. Have ended up with permanent scarring after the misuse of equipment. Have seen a dermatologist since who has confirmed that the device in question should never have been used on the face. Incredibly upset as my skin was something that I always took pride in and taken care of, and due to (unqualified in these areas) beauty therapists has now been ruined. I appreciate that they tried to follow-up, but the damage has already been done and is not reversible.
