WOW Party Hire

Would not recommend hiring through this company. Our hire was discounted which I was very thankful for. We paid, showed proof of money and there was no issues. 3 days later the money was back in my account. Wow party hire have not only disputed it with the bank to get there money back claiming it as an accident but they also demanded the money from me and said they would call the police if I didn’t send it now. I continued to say I will send them the money back once I had been informed from the bank and insured there was no scam going on here. They didn’t like this and myself and my family have received disgusting threats. This company have handed out my address and personal details, threatened to touch my young children, told me they would put me on my knees and slice my head off and my family were told to look out for themselves. Also threatened to bomb the address my daughters 1st birthday party was held at. The lady who I thought was amazing is denying the man threatening me saying she has no idea who he is or how he got my details. Yet he is claiming to be her brother. Now whether this was a simple misunderstanding or not it most certainly didn’t warrant such threats. Please be safe guys, these people seemed so lovely on the day.

We hired the Rainbow Pastel package from WOW Party Hire for my daughters Pastel Candyland 1st birthday and it was perfect! Definitely loved by all of the kids at the party!! The team at WOW Party Hire were absolutely amazing and so friendly. I would definitely recommend their products and services to friends and family!
