I couldn't be happier with Alight Counseling. Caroline was definitely the light we needed as she helped me and my family immensely. She is extremely personable and such a kind person. Her practice is a trusting and safe place for people to go without judgement. The skills she has helped me acquire has supported my everyday life tremendously. Highly recommended.
