Grooming To You

First time booking due to regular groomer being unavailable after covid lockdowns. Was a pretty disappointing experience. We weren't able to proceed as the van + trailer were so long they would be blocking neighbours driveway. I feel any property issues that could arise should have been brought up earlier, given that I provided the address when making a booking. I tried to offer alternate solutions but felt that Amber was not super keen on grooming cats as she told me of her past negative experience. All in all a bit of a letdown.

Thank you to Amber who visited my home, did a fantastic groom on Jaye. Jaye loved the experience, Amber groomed him exactly as asked while giving me great advise. Highly recommend - personalised, professional, friendly and a great groom! Thanks!

I booked my dog for the second time and was exceptionally disappointed. After advising Amber I only wanted a trim of my pups legs, head and privates (acknowledging knots on her chest that would likely be cut off) my dog was returned to me with a full short cut. All my pups puppy hair was removed over the body without my consent. When I followed up, Amber advised my dog was really knotty and would understand if I find another groomer. I was extremely upset and specifically advised Amber we did not want my dogs body cut at all given we wanted her to maintain her puppy hair. I am very disappointed with Amber not asking me prior to making a decision about my dog as well as her response and the cut she gave my dog.
