I was racially profiled and asked to pay before i was ok with with before she asked me to drop my car keys with her while white / caucasian where fillings fuel as regular and was very rude askedAs i can read the reviews i can understand what’s going on there Asians indian are usually profiled and humiliated by staff

Staff gave me attitude when i went to pay for my fuel and get into the car wash. When i got my Holden Jackaroo into the car wash and the car is under the 2.2m height limit. The top bar on the machine HIT my car's bullbar multiple times. thankfully there is no major damage just a few dents on it. I didn't go back in the store after i got out of the car wash as i was concerned that the staff member that was there would pin it on me because i drive a 4x4. The car has NO modifcations on it in terms of it's suspension or height.

I just fill my tank full. One of staff name Cassa I forget her name...she was amazing energetic staff ever found in 7 eleven... I m impress with her customers service. Nice work Cassa sorry if I spell your name wrong

Really disappointed with your level of customer service at the moment.Staff member made me pay for my petrol twice because he wasn’t paying attention and didn’t see the machine say it had been approved and he claimed it was pending and hadn’t gone through. Gave me a receipt and said if it did get taken twice to come back in for a refund. It did get taken twice and I went back in and the staff member said he hadn’t been told anything about it and I had to come back in a couple of days when a manager would be there.This is ridiculous. I shouldn’t have had to pay for my petrol twice and now I just want my money back.You have effectively stolen $70 from me.

The woman who works days is so lovely and helpful, foid and supplues are good and pumps are usually clean

The pkkistani employees r mannerless no customer service skilled, no ethics, no sence of talking, raciallyy profile customers : hatered towards Indians and refer to some Caucasians as junkiez and filthyy.
