I had a warranty issue with my Actron unit, called and spoke to Kayla who was great and had technicians at my house 2 days later. Justin & Ryan were able to fix the issue for us and were very polite. Great customer service.

The team were highly responsive from the initial enquiry and great on price and product. The install was conducted by a team of polite and well mannered guys who were respectful of our home and despite being told there was no need continued to take their shoes off each time that entered the house. The unit is fantastic and they cleaned up afterwards leaving no trace other than a cool house for the summer ahead. Absolute 5 star service and company.
