Next Gen e-Rides
I love the fact that now I can ride to all the places where I usually would hesitate and think twice about on a normal push bike. It allows for economical commuting, for me anything around a 10km radius is suitable.There are 6 levels of pedal assist with 6 being the highest. Usually I can get up any hill with 5 quite comfortably, 6 will give me that extra boost. However, if going up a really steep hill I can just change the gears and select level 6 which will allow you to get up a very steep hill.Overall for the price, I think it's pretty good value for money.JimmyCoorparoo

Next Gen e-Rides
Even though I didn't end up purchasing the bike, I want to share my experience of the test ride. I was very new to e-bikes when I came for my test ride. Regan took time to get to know my use case and patiently explained many aspects of owning and using a cargo e-bike. Hub motor v mid-drive, longtail v mid-tail, child seats v monkey bars. I even got an ebook! Very pleasant and educational experience.All the best for the future to everyone at Next Gen e-Rides!

We absolutely love our e bike. The kids love cruising around on the back, it fits my 5yo and 2yo together. Also has room at the front for bags, water etc. Next Gen e-Rides were a pleasure to do business with. Regan is aways prompt with replies and the bike arrived in only a few days. We are so happy with our purchase and highly recommend this company!

Very happy with my recent purchase at Next Gen E- rides. The Street Chic electric bike folds up so fits in the back seat. It goes really well on the beach, beach tracks and on the road with both the Auto throttle and peddle assist. It’s great for long rides, fishing and having a bit of fun. Both myself being of a large frame and my petite wife can ride it due to the absence of the bar, so that’s an added bonus!

With the first e bike I received from next gen the battery didn't connect properly - it was a manufacturing fault. The were a few other minor issues with the bike, however I found that Regan was always available to help troubleshoot and went out of his way to make sure the issue was satisfactorily resolved. On the basis of my experience I would recommend Regan and next gen to potential purchasers. He was honest, reliable and responsive.

Reagan at Next Gen e-rides was great to deal with. I am very happy with my Street Chic Electric bike. It is foldable and fits into the back seat of my vehicle. The bike goes equally well on auto throttle and peddle assist on the beach, beach tracks and on the road. I love that both my 180 cm 110 kg husband and me at 152cm 50 kg can both ride this bike comfortably and at quite a speed! We had lots of friends lining up on the beach for a ride! Lots of fun and great adventures ahead!

My daughter bought this bike online and I love it so much she bought me one! I didn’t enjoy cycling before, I’m now Riding everyday! I particularly love the throttle which helps getting over steep hills or getting off at traffic lights. Able to fold the bike and fitting it in the boot is quite useful too. The staff are helpful and quick to offer assistance. Best customer service I have experienced!

I recently bought an Street Chic Folding ebike from Next Gen E-Rides. I absolutely love it. I live in a hilly area with lots of dirt roads and they are no match for the bike. It’s super easy to change settings and sturdy enough that I can carry plenty on the back for a picnic.It is heavy but worth it to have the wide tyres as they make me feel extra safe on the dirt roads.But mostly I love it because it’s just bloody fun.

Fantastic service, friendly, knowledgeable, not pushy. Great value for money compared to other e-bikes around, also essentially paying about the same price as an entry level (non-electric) commuter bike. Really impressed with the quality, Regan has obviously done a huge amount of research and work over the years to get a high quality product at a much more affordable price.
