I have had dealings with iCar on several occasions on both my BMW and Merc, on every occasion they were professional, fair priced, and great problem solvers, I would highly recommend this service center to anyone with a prestige vehicle as they have highly skilled mechanics and the equipment to deal with European vehicles. If you love your cars like I do this is the place to go no matter where you live its worth the trip. Highly recommended.

Decided to take my CLA here as my regular mechanic is approx 1 hour drive.Initial visit was for general servicing.My car had no prior major issues, just some minor items to be replaced.All went well, UNTIL...Car engine light came on 6 days later.That was the beginning of the ongoing issues.Took it back there, was told because I didn't replace my air filter, my solenoid became jammed and I needed to replace it. $800 repair bill. Can live with that.3 days later, light came back on during peak hour drive to the CBD.Rang them up, the boss said take it back bla bla, I told them I wasn't happy as I never had issues as such with my car.The boss then BLAMED my car for being OLD (car is 7 years old).LONG STORY SHORT, got quoted for a further $6,000 - $10,000 for the repair / part replacement.WHAAAT HAHAHAHHe said the part needed to be ordered from Singapore.Took the car to Mercedes the following week as I did not believe him at all!Turned out, Mercedes Brighton said this mechanic REPLACED THE WRONG PART. Mercedes confirmed that they replaced a part, BUT, they replaced something that was not broken!Anyway, Mercedes fixed it all up for $900 inclusive of labour.It has been 3 weeks since and no issues.Just saying becareful who you deal with sometime.May have been a deliberate overquote (tried to play me??), or they may not have been good enough to solve a simple issue.Either way, lesson learnt here is be VERY careful with unfamiliar mechanics and always, ALWAYS seek second opinion if something does not feel right.I will NEVER return due to outrageous overquote.

Served by Henry and the overall experience is great! Took an old car there for service for the first time and their check is very detailed compared to kmart (kmart did complete car service efficiently but i guess they didn't inform me issues other than the standard stuff they can fix). Love how iCar sent me quote in b&w so i can discuss with my family and prioritise urgent fixes according to budget.

I needed A/C fixed urgently after I had a bad experience at my regular place and decided to try out Icar. The whole team has been very helpful in regards of communication to fit me in during the busiest Xmas time for an appointment. Job was nicely done within a day. The car was returned nice and tidy. I am super happy. 5 out of 5 service! Keep up the good work guys! Will highly recommend this place. =)

I had only been driving my new car for less than three months when I scratched it in a parking garage. As a novice driver, I was very nervous and had no idea whom to turn to for help. That's when I found iCar on Google. They told me I could come to check the damage that same afternoon in iCar. I was feeling very upset and lost on my way there.However, things quickly turned around once I arrived at iCar Automotive. Within just half an hour, they talked to me highly professional and advised me on what to do, including how to file an insurance claim, the expected timeframe, and how they could repair my car to what extent. To sum it up, they said, 'Don't worry, buddy.'While it may seem simple for many people to file an insurance claim, it was my first time dealing with an accident, and I was lucky to have found iCar. They were patient and didn't show any impatience while completing all the work.A month later, when my car came back, I was amazed at their skills. It was as good as new! Therefore, I highly recommend iCar to anyone who encounters any problems. They will be your most reliable first responders.

Henry was awesome. Diagnosed and fixed my car issue on the spot. Receptionist also really friendly. Wouldn’t hesitate to bring it back here again if I need to!!

The incident happened all of a sudden, around 8:30 pm, and my car suddenly couldn't start. I called iCar with the hope that they could help, and I was lucky enough to have Henry answer my call.What impressed me even more, was that Henry was very considerate and told me the parts that might need repairing and their corresponding costs over the phone. This really put my mind at ease and relieved me of any financial worries.I want to express my gratitude to iCar for their prompt response and their exceptional service quality.

Be careful if you want to do a RWC here to sell your car. They actually can't do RWC by themselves but they didn't tell you at beginning, they brings car to another mechanic shop who has authority to do RWC and from personal experience, that shop's RWC requirement is higher than what RWC standard asked for. in my case, my car failed RWC here due to minor engine oil on the bottom of engine then i went to another RWC mechanic, there is no issue with minor oil as long as it does not drip(from RWC standard), so I got Pass RWC from another shop. Spent $350 and time here, it is not good experience .
