I paid $2000 for bedroom set.. I got order in different shipments 2 months late than expected date... And surprisingly the bed side tables do not match with tall boy or bed. See pictures...Also the quality of bed is in question as it shakes a lot in the night.I have sent like 4-5 follow up emails and called like 10 times but I haven't heard back on a resolution.No after customer service and low quality products. Hence the rating.I am happy to update rating if resolutio in provided...

The MacGregor store has an amazing customer service. Fiona and Gemma were amazing to deal with. They have been very welcoming and friendly. We had a very happy shopping experience.

Very happy with the product and service. We bought a lovely entertainment unit and delivery went well. One star deducted as it did take a while for it to be available. Otherwise very happy and the staff member was very friendly and helpful.

Kathy was amazing to deal with. I didn’t have time to visit the store and instead bought a couch online. Kathy kindly helped me by sending me photos she took of the Tully couch in store and answered all my questions. The whole roves was super easy and it’s the nicest couch I’ve ever had, I absolutely love it! The delivery guys was great to deal with as well and did superb job.

Thank you to the MacGregor office team of Fiona, Gemma and Pete. They were all so helpful with their advice, ordering of furniture, organising delivery and personal customer service. I definitely recommend Focus On Furniture. The delivery guys were also awesome with arriving on time, fitting a 2400mm length buffet into a 2200mm high lift and completed the assembling of our bedroom furniture.

Worst service and poor quality controlI paid $5000 for a sofa and It just got delivered this morningSofas are misaligned all and store manger need to check if that is a industry standard still(attached photos)They are all clipped together no way to align themThe delivery guys broke pipes brackets and left hanging pipes without telling me which I found out with Footages(CCTV)The most irritating thing is left all boxes on my deck for me to clean up! I was not aware that I need to pay extra $30 for them to take out all rubbishI would go return them and claim Full amount through AMEX card------EditReply from themWe can confirm that this very minor misalignment does appear consistent with the normal manufacturing of the lounge based on your provided images.----------No issues and well within their standards! I impressed by the products and services from Focus on Furniture, particularly Kathy at MacGregor. When I visited their store back in May, Kathy, a multilingual speaker (English, Mandarin, Cantonese), carefully listened to my preferences in style, functions, and budget, and came up with several very good recommendations. As we walked through the store to inspect these products, she offered professional suggestions on what to pay attention to and how to maintain it. When I told her that I would like to make my decision later, she kindly wrote down the products I showed interest in a piece of paper, handed it over to me, and explained to me how to place an order via phone or email. I did eventually ordered a dining table and chairs (see the photo) from Kathy after careful consideration and a lot of comparison across stores. I am very pleased to see that their table and chairs help transform my dining room into the one that I have envisioned for a while. Delivery and assembling services are also superb. They meticulously checked if there were any defects in the products after assembling the table for me. The entire team is very well-coordinated. I am so grateful to their help and will definitely recommend Focus on Furniture in MacGregor to my friends!

This is the second piece of furniture I have purchased from Focus On Furniture. The nearest store is now pretty far from me, so I ordered over the phone this time. Not only was the projected delivery date correct, but the whole process was smooth. The lady at the store was so lovely and helpful. Highly recommend shopping Focus On, far exceeded my expectations.
