A huge TY to Justin at the Harvey Norman store in Mandurah. Awesome customer service providing great advice to help me chose the best laptop for my needs. Took advantage of their current sales in store. Sadly, the one he sold me on was the last one in stock but couldn’t be found. Luckily he hooked me up with Port Kennedy store who had 5 in stock. Thank you Justine for your great customer service.

Great service from Tracey last Sunday and today (16/02/23). We were browsing beds last Sunday. We had just come from Forty Winks Mandurah where we reported that the bed we bought in September 2020 was now sagging, and where we then were subjected to intense sales pitch to buy an adjustable base - when we had expressed zero interest in same. Because it was obvious that replacement of the bed under warranty wasn't going to happen quickly or at all, we decided to shop for another bed. Turned off Forty Winks, we went to all the bed stores in that area. Tracey was not pushy, was helpful and when we told her that we did not want to wait for the bed we favoured to be made, she then made calls to see which WA stores she could supply one from. We bought the bed with the proviso that the bed would be delivered this week - she would confirm delivery early on Thursday morning. She did, before 9am this morning and the bed is being delivered tomorrow. Thank you Tracey, for doing what you said you would do and following up.

We had occasion to visit your store and have photo's put onto some coffee mugs. We were totally in the dark as to what to do and your Tracey was SOooooo helpful with what we could do and change and we were so grateful.Great to see someone who takes their job seriously and really takes care of their customers. Well done Tracey !!!

Just wanted to say I’m the worst customer in the world. I hate going into a shopand feeling constantly asked can I help, I totally understand that the lovely staff are only doing their job but it overwhelms me so much I often leave the store.Anyway that over I would like to say the hugest sincerest thanks to ‘Tash’ she made me feel no pressure to buy. She was incredible in her knowledge of the lounge I was looking at. End result due to Tash’s exceptional customer service I purchased the lounge. Thank you Tash A you are an asset to HN Mandurah. Just to confirm I don’t know Tash I had to read myStore receipt to confirm her name.I would also like to acknowledge the two delivery guys. They were so friendly, polite, made sure no walls were damaged while getting the lounge into my house. I don’t know if you are both employed by HN if not I hope HN forward my thanks to you both.The most positive experience I’ve ever had buying a new lounge set .Thankyou

If your in a hurry, don't bother, took ages to be spoken to. A nice lady did help me find Ken, who came as soon as he was finished with other customers but one staff member kept looking away whenever myself and others managed to catch his eye. Ken was lovely and very helpful, I will be asking for him in future

The staff are always pleasant, full of advice and willing to assist where they can. You can occasionally negotiate a better price. They will price match against other brick and mortar stores locally however in my experience will not match online prices. It's a handy little shop, doesn't have the biggest range but you can usually get something along the lines of what you need in a pinch. I have purchased pretty much all of my major appliances through this shop.

Excellent customer service from Justin,bought a new laptop computer. Impressed by his approach and manners as well as knowledge on computers.

I purchased two of the everdure neo outdoor kitchens one for my kids one for myself total spend over 14k fridge has failed after only 18 months use absolutely no help whatsoever from Harvey Norman Mandurah store been told only 12 months warranty and go buy another fridge was given details of their supplier but no phone number given after tracing them down the girl on the phone couldn't care less and said someone would contact me guess what surprise surprise no contact at all this fridge hasn't met my expectations for the money I spent and the store doesn't seam to care once you have spent your money with them I don't recommend this product at all and would suggest spending with a business that will stand behind what they are selling this is a true review I will be happy if a Harvey Norman team member wishes to contact me to discuss but I am not holding my breath

Just wanted to give a big shout out to the young man who served us this morning....Joel.We didn't end up purchasing a TV from HN in the end but he spent so much time with us explaining different technical stuff, comparing different brands, giving his opinion based on personal knowledge and his own experience. He certainly knew his TVs and is an absolute asset to the store.Thanks Joel.
