Randwick City Council Recycling Centre
First visit here today. Helpful and friendly staff who helped me remove old tumble dryer from car boot. Also binned lots of plastic sheeting, cables and cardboard boxes. Great service. All free. Opens really early in the morning too.

I was told on arrival it was drive through by car only" despite no such (discriminatory) information being listed on the website. The staff member also refused to return my reusable bags."

It has been a pleasure to provide my battery collection services to the Community Recycle Centre for almost 3 years. The staff in the centre have always been friendly and thankful for my quick and reliable service. They always seem busy when I turn up and despite it being rain, hail or shine they are always friendly their local residents that are calling in.

Visited for a tour of the facility, it was a great family friendly event and well organised. Unfortunately they couldn't take soft plastics through no fault of thier own.

Great service. We went to grab the FOGO liners. Need to check in for covid safe. But unfortunately we left it in our car which we parked across the street. Thanks to one of the staff, he helped us getting it. He is very helpful.

Spent the time pre-sorting through every waste types as per the website and council guide line before getting there, only to be told to take it back home and dump it on the curb for a pick up because I would hold up the line. Or go to a tip, without much more info. What's the point of listing things you accept if you don't accept them.
