Utterly shameless customer service, dropped off a camelback backpack 2 weeks ago and heard nothing from them. Went in today to ask about it and the poor young guy behind the counter was left to pass over the message that they are waiting for the rep" to get back to them (in other words not their problem anymore)

submitted 2 orders within a week where it was indicated stock was available (one for C&C the other for shopping). Both orders were cancelled after a day. Stop selling stuff you don't have in stock!

A great overall store, plenty of camping gear and a wide variety of equipment. Recently though, they have a lack of stock for other brands other than their own ones (e.g. Mountain Designs). Along with a relatively small selection of hiking boots and shoes, when I was shopping they hardly had any Salomon ones. Hopefully they can up their game and restock a larger amount of other brands soon.

Fantastic store, but a HUGE problem is that they only have 2 change rooms..waiting for over 10 minutes at both of them to get in. Unreal! But other than that, fantastic staff and products!!!!

In the last 4 months I've been there 3 times and definitely couldn't walk through with a pram. It's so over stocked and it's so tight

Worst customer service. I was clearly lost looking for what I needed. Atleast 6 team member walked past me. I was ready to spend a bit of money for an upcoming trip and left without spending a cent.

I’m quite baffled about the other blunt 1 star reviews but within my experience at this store, it’s been positive. The Store manager, Erin and especially Bruno were phenomenal in their service and I don’t use that word lightly. My needs were taken care of and my problems were resolved professionally. I’ve been on the coast for 12 years and I’ve always driven past this store without actually checking it out. This will be my go-to-camping store to get what I need to ensure I face my hiking/camping challenges with ease and the right gear. Thanks guys!

What a joke went in the west Gosford store to buy a gazebo found a 3x6 marked at $150 I wanted to check if price is right approached a sales rep to ask for help and he turned around and said he couldn’t help because he was to busy and flat out well if holding a sleeping bag is busy that does me
