Melbourne Carpet Overlocking
This company overlocked an expensive wool rug with cheap nylon material that started fraying the moment it was returned. They also cut my rug. They initially offered to repair the rug, then asked me to bring it back myself. Then finally, they argued that they hadn't cut the rug. I organised a different company to repair the rug but they refused to pay, arguing that it wasn't their fault.

Andrew and his team were fantastic, especially during this time of lockdown!Carpet was picked up from my house and delivered back both overlocked and with felt backing in a matter of days.Could not recommend them highly enough!

These guys are fantastic! Such friendly and helpful service. Picked up, resized and delivered a rug that was too large for our space (and our car)... and even helped us put the heavy table back in place. Thank you so much!!

Andrew went above and beyond to ensure a quality end result. The backing of the felt was stitched in place so that the carpet did not damage existing floorboards. Care was taken to ensure the thread used was the perfect colour, fabric and thickness to blend with the carpet fibres.

I've now bought 4 overlocked rugs and a brilliant hall rug that goes from the front door to the back door with twists and turns from Alex. I've ordered another big rug for my lounge room and can't wait to get it. I've saved a fortune going to Alex instead of the big carpet stores.

Friday I got my mats and a runner overlocked at Melbourne carpet overlocking. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I drove a long way as my friend told me about them and said it was a good place for carpet overlocking. They were super understanding and allowed me to have my carpet overlocked on the spot which surprised and saved me a lot of time. I highly recommend Melbourne carpet overlocking to anyone who is in need for carpet overlocking and other carpet services. Prices are also very fair which is always great.

Great workmanship in resizing our rug. Timely delivery and pickup. The only negative is it was difficult to arrange a time for pickup of our rug and we got x2 different quotes depending on who you speak to. But other than that great , friendly service.
