Very friendly and great service. The team were so helpful and was able to wrap up getting a new car quickly.

Nothing overly exciting or to gloat over.Hand in your keys, sip on some coffee courtesy Astoria Brighton, free WiFi as an additional service to customers and wait for the job to be done.The staff come across as experienced and courteous and a dirty car, not mine, comes out very clean.I've been going there for the last 6 years and have had no issues. Credit to the service centre.

Very poor service. I Called them for an 80k service. Asked them a quote. Initially suggested 328 dollars. I had to ask if there are any extra items that needs to be replaced . Response was as per the Honda manual and was on top of the base price. Fair enough. When I asked them the itemised price, the advisor mentioned it will be as per advertised in the Honda website. He referred the Honda website and mentioned the price. But when he realised that my car was out of the Honda tailored service scheme, he jacked up the price saying it will be above the price advertised but not that much high. The base price also went up to 363 as per the Honda website.Astoria is not an Honda suggested service centre and simply an independent car service centre. Referring to Honda website and jacking up prices as they feel fit is a very bad business tactic and the advisor definitely lacks integrity in his dealings.

To start off Do not use this business. I bought a Honda accord euro two weeks ago that was repaired by these guys in 2019 and I've noticed that when this vehicle was in a serious accident these people did not repair the car properly, for starters. The front bumper was not replaced, it has a huge crack in it and one side was held on with silicone. The headlight washer tubing was cut as well and had a bolt shoved inside of it. There are also a few small plastic brackets around the front end that are broken also. Everything around the car was held on with zip ties (front bumper, side skirts and more.) I'm certain I'll discover more dodgy work around the car the more I work on it but this is ridiculous. This car is in Qld now but it's still worth writing this review to warn everyone of dodgy workmanship. I have since just bought a silver front bumper for $100 that isn't damaged and will be painted soon. Please go elsewhere for your repairs because a normal everyday person would not notice these faults.

I have recently sent my CRV do 200000km/120 months service, they changed $615 for labour, and total bill over 1k. I can’t count how they changed this higher cost from the invoice.Try to contact them but no one answer the phone, poor service. They used be good and and I used their service over 20 years. It’s very disappointed anti will not use them again.

This place made our experience of buying a car so bad that we decided to drop the brand Haval without even test driving it. Sales person Georgia was rude and told us no to even entertain us if we were not ready to buy the car right there and then. Their product knowledge wasn’t upto the mark either. I would recommend not wasting your time at this dealership and finding a different one if you can.

I bought my Honda HRV from them in 2017 and have had it serviced by them every time but one. Staff are courteous and professional, there's a comfortable waiting area with wi fi. Highly recommended

Extremely poor customer service. Been on hold for 32 minutes to inquire about some parts. The second the guy on the other line says hello, but he ends the call acting like he tried to listen but line cut off for some magical reason. Really frustrated that they can’t even value their customers as well as other businesses.
