3 yrs being with this particular chemist had constant problems with keeping track of missing scripts. They do not track the need for scripts so when I turned up for meds were not available. All scripts were in file at the chemist. The owner was very unhelpful all the time looking for non existing excuses if negligence.Eventually he handed over my scripts happily so I took my business elsewhereTo Chemoro marketplace where there staff is much more organised and also deliver toNOT recommended the EAGLEBY one.Also not true as the owners response says, that they went beyond everything to satisfy my needs. They took very little to follow up on script, and it putting effort into coordinating as the owner stated. I also do not appreciate that the owner speaks for the whole team, as I heard from them members there is lots of grumpiness in the air and staff leaving on regular bases. That working environment can not assure any clients well being.

Fantastic and friendly staff, very very helpful. I wanted an avent bottle warmer and they didn't one in stock but they went to another store and picked one up for me. Not too many places out there with the same idea of customer service!!!

Young Staff Super Friendly and James the Pharmacist was very happy to come down and explain the medication to me. Definitely reccomend this store for good old fashioned service.

Female worker doesn’t listen to customers needs/requirements ect. I asked for children’s Panadol and was given the complete wrong one for their age after telling her my child’s age multiple times.

Staff are always great and make you feel like they genuinely care about you, your health and above all .. your wellbeing.

This is one the best pharmacies I have been to. When there is noticeable decline in customer service these days, you know with the unamed virus and the sick leave associated with it etc. It is refreshing to see customer service still exists and that too great customer service. You get my nod of approval. Shout out to James, please pass on my deepest thanks to the team.

It is rare that you find a business, any business, who show a genuine interest and empathy for their customers... Sure there are many who fake it but rare to find somewhere with genuine and heart felt interest in their customer needs.. James and the crew, to a person, are helpful, polite and knowledgable. The Chempro Team at Eagleby excel in all the skills and attributes that make for an excellent shopping experience. ..A place where the customer is not an annoyance but some one who they welcome and enjoy helping....
