Staff often very junior and inexperienced. Cost for services very high. Admin difficult. I would not recommend.

Amazing therapists, the occupational and speech therapy we received for our child was very good. Unfortunately we are still trying to deal with outstanding invoices that they did not claim through the ndis. we were also charged for skype sessions with a therapist that we missed due to not being properly informed of them and not being sent reminder texts as would normally occur. we were also charged double for joint OT/Speech sessions and not made aware that we would be charged 2 hours for a single hour joint session. very disappointed

Clinical staff member was very good, reception/administration staff were poor - they charge a 90% cancellation fee unless you give at least a days notice and they didn't send a reminder prior to the appointments. Also we were told we had to have both an OT and speech pathologist appointment together which wasnt true. They also didn't offer us a medicare rebate despite speech pathology being eligible on the MBS.

The cancellation process is unfair and unjust.Horizon is able to cancel multiple appointments at any stage however if you cancel and ask for leniency you will still be charged the full amount.
