Very poor customer service and price rip offs. Today I went into Bursons mistaking it for Repco. I want an item that I had found on the net being available at Repco. I found it the shelf in Burson's. Stood waiting for the counter staff to finish talking to some one else. Once finished instead of coming over to us he called out to see if he could help. He did not want to move away from the heater. We asked the price on the item we wanted and was told a rather high price. I advised him that Repco sold it for 10 dollars and his response was so what. So I left Burson's rather disgusted with the lack of service walked into Repco which is next door and got the itme for under 40 dollars. Wont go to Burson's again.

Came into the store after being ignored at Repco next door, was greeted with a friendly hello. They weren't able to help me as they didn't have a listing for my part but offered to give a couple of other places a ring for me.A+ for service guys!!! Will be returning :)

I don't usually shop at Burson Auto Parts. [Mainly because I am an RAC member and I get 5% discount on my purchases if made at Repco stores.] However, today I decided to shop here because Repco next door did not want my money and made me stand around the store while all 6 staff were busy with stuff.What a pleasant difference the staff were in Burson's. I was given a friendly greeting and the was helped immediately without having to stand around trying to catch someone's attention. The shop was clean and uncluttered too. Well done to the staff at Burson's Belmont. Keep up the great friendly service and you might see that Repco close its doors yet.

Super helpful and well stocked place. Was chasing 3 different drive belts, SCA across the street only had one - these blokes had all 3 and they were cheaper.

Highly recommend this company. Friendly service and very competitive pricing. The young man that served me even changed my wiper blades for me. Can’t bet that for service now a days.

this mob is a joke, they are no better than covs and amcap, if you are looking to be bent over without lube, step right in.i rang them for a price on bendix brake pads, quoted $160 over the phone, after picking myself up off the floor i asked if that was the best they could do, they dropped the price to $124. i rang super cheap they wanted $83 for the same pads but didnt have stock, i rang repco they had stock, i went and paid $83 at repco, walked next door and asked for a price and got $99, i showed her the receipt from next door and told her about the price over the phone and she said their rrp's were over inflated and it was just a case of who you got on the day for price and discount, scammers
