The worst purchasing experiences I have ever dealt with.The selling agent Jodie was very friendly and had prompt communication throughout the contract negotiations but as soon as our contract went unconditional, there was a complete shift in attitude and communication from the agent. If I ever tried to call, email and text regarding urgent information required for the settlement of our property and wouldn’t hear back for days. There was always a shifting of blame for any issues. When I wouldn’t hear back for days there was an excuse that everyone in the office was sick so they were incredibly short staffed. “Fair enough” I thought and gave her the benefit of the doubt. But weeks later, even worse communication and still the same excuse. It’s a bit odd that everyone in the office is suddenly sick for weeks on end. Anyway, the only way I could ever get a response from Jodie was by getting my solicitor involved on every single email and anytime my solicitor wasn’t on an email I was absolutely ghosted. So this made for an incredibly stressful purchasing experience especially. In conclusion, I feel like Jodie treated us unprofessionally once she got what she wanted and I cannot tell if this was malicious or gross lack of communication/time management skills.The service and experience was night and day better from other agents we have either sold or bought through.If this is how they treat buyers (who pay for their tens of thousands of dollars in commission) lord help you if you are a tenant who they are not as legally or financially incentivised to respect or communicate with you.

I sold two properties at once with Affinity Property Australia, in Kallangur QLD. The properties were both tenanted and were to be sold at the end of the tenants lease. Affinity Property assisted in getting the houses ready for sale, while respecting the tenants until their leases expired. Both properties needed minor landscaping, full interior painting and one required carpets. Affinity assisted in the management of all of this prior to sale, acting in lieu of a property manager (Quotes, tradies, completion of works checks, etc).With interested buyers, Damian and Sean worked closely to understand their needs and concerns, and showcased the two properties well. Damian and Sean did a great job of keeping us informed along the way, listening to us and the buyers. Sean kept the sales strategy up to date during a time of fluctuating interest rates and an uncertain market. Their team, including Luanne were timely, answered all of our questions and nothing seemed to big or challenging for Affinity to address head on.They are friendly and professional and we are very happy that we chose them to sell out two properties.

Jodie from Affinity Property is an absolute pleasure to deal with. She’s lovely and down to earth and has gone above and beyond to help. I would recommend Jodie to all. Thank you Jodie for being so pleasant to communicate with and such a lovely person over all ❤️
