Staff Would not accept package for international post today as will only accept with online customs declaration - then sent off to Echuca Post Office with paper declaration as will not take the paper declaration which they provided! Awful customer service & discrimination against those who are not comfortable using smartphones & people with disabilities that may not have have financial means to get themselves to Echuca PO. Why run a post office if customers can't post their items because it doesn't suit you to offer reasonable service. Never again - will only use Echuca Post Office in future.

Posted an envelope from Echuca South Post Office to Cowowa on the Vic NSW border. It took two weeks and one day. Not good enough even in this Covid situation. NOT HAPPY JAN.........?

Let's ignore the fact that a customer isn't happy about the postage times, cause at the end of the day, Australia Post LPO's don't control the delivery times this is COVID and the times are delayed EXPRESS post is still there quickest option for delivery and if your mail is time sensitive use express post.The staff here are friendly and professional and always willing to engage with customers nothing is too much hassle for the store and I love that attitude to be honest, like that's definitely a good result when that happens. Customer service is a step above the rest, and I avoid the post office in town to do all my business up there.

The gentleman behind the counter is extremely nice, tries his best to explain and his customer service is 5 star. As for the lady behind the counter, she is extremely rude, very unpleasant and disgraceful in assisting with help. It seems all she cares about is snatching the money out of your hand without explanation. So disappointing from her!!

I am still fairly new to Echuca and have had to visit this post office on numerous occasion for different things. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The only down side is the extremely limited parking
