Great customer service! We served by Bre, she welcomed us as soon as we walked in the shop and she was super friendly. It made our experience of buying furniture stress free. She was really helpful when it came to finding measurements for any sizes that were not on display and gave us some really handy tips for finding furniture that was perfect for our space. Will definitely be back again!

I visited your Rockhampton Store today At Red Hill. A beautiful young lady served me her name was Tenniel. She went out of her way to serve my husbamd amd I. The service was above and beyond. Including her knowledge. Then I realised she had only started with your company 4 days ago. We her knowledge was spot on and we thought she had been a long time employee of Eureka Street.We ended up purchasing a outdoor table and will return to your store again.Please DO NOT let this sales lady go. She is a massive asset to your company.

I have brought a few pieces of furniture and home wares in the past couple of months from the Rockhampton store.I have received nothing but top quality service everytime.I was served by Terese she is amazing and really knows her job.The other ladies are just as awesome and always willing to help.Special shout out to Rob at the warehouse. Twice I have gone to collect my furniture and he has been there. He has helped me load my furniture and does it all with a nothing is a problem attitude.Well done to all. Keep up the good service.

I have only been into the Mackay store on numerous occasions for a lengthy period of time sitting on couches, looking at the quality of the product and taking notes and picture so I wouldn't forget what i was looking at. Whilst I was happy with the product, I was NOT happy with their customer service... I was there to BUY and not one person asked if I was being attended to... I rang the Rockhampton store and their attention to detail and product knowledge was second to none. I have now purchased from them and having my furniture delivered. Thank you Theresa and Bre for such a smooth transaction, you both are and absolute asset to the company!

Absolutely exceptional customer experience. We dealt with Eden and Theresa, both were so truly lovely. We're currently building a new home, time frames are complex and unknown at best but they did everything in their power to accommodate the unknown. They explained everything so well and made the entire process so easy. Plus the couch is blooming beautiful too! I'm as excited about the couch as I am about the whole house!
