Great service from Scott and his team, had a new hot water tank installed a few days after I enquired, quick service and fair cost. The guys were on time, professional and polite and done a good job. Thanks so much SE Heating & Cooling for the installation of our new air cons—which we absolutely love. Scott and his team are unmatched in terms of responsiveness, value for money and quality. If you want your air con installed quickly and reliably then these are your guys. From the very beginning to the very end, Scott and his team were prompt in all aspects; from booking in a time initially to assess our home and provide us the best solution to cool off our double storey home, to the day of installation, they were always on time and were there when they said they would be (you would be surprised how many other companies weren’t. Some didn’t even show up!). Even on on the day of installation, all the boys were incredibly kind and courteous, which is rare for tradies; they took their shoes off when they entered the home and was very pleasant with navigating around our 5 animals in the home whilst they were doing what they had to do. Initially we wanted refrigerated cooling but because our roof cavity didn’t have room to accomodate this, Scott recommended a multi-head split system upstairs and a single split system unit downstairs, all with wifi enabled—which we absolutely love. Scott even came by a second time in the initial quoting process to measure out the roof cavity properly just to be sure that we couldn’t have the ductedrefrigerated system as we were adamant on this initially but the solution Scott recommended ended up being the perfect solution for our home, and he wasn’t just trying to sell us a good idea like some other business we engaged with were. I can’t recommend Scott and the team at SE Heating & Cooling enough, and if you want someone to answer your calls promptly and provide a reliable service (not just try to sell you stuff) and at a very fair price, you can’t go past these guys. Professionalism, Punctuality and wonderful customer service.We found the team to be very professional, they showed up ten minuets earlier, were reasonably priced and cleaned up after the job was finished. We had a big job and job was completed the same day. Couldn't be more happier with the workman ship and the level of care taken by all staff. Every room has it’s own zone with app control is fantastic and I would highly recommend Scott and his team to anyone needing cooling or heating. Pleasure to deal with. I had an excellent experience with this company. They discussed with me my options when changing from a gas ducted heating system to an electric heating and cooling ducted system. I felt confident in my decision and they worked all day installing it.

Luke the plumber was very efficient, professional, courteous and on time. Nothing on his list to repair was too much trouble. He even managed to source a new cistern valve assembly that is no longer manufactured.I would recommend this business to anyone who is in need of their services.

I contacted a few companies for a quote for a split system air conditioning unit for one of our bedrooms at home. Scott and his team being the receptionist on the phone and the chaps who came to install the unit as well as Scott, were the most responsive, helpful with providing advice as well as friendly and professional. The system looks nice and neat too. Would definitely recommend!
