Helpful staff, 24hr access, generally low contention for plenty of equipment.When I requested they get another small piece of kit to reduce what little contention I experienced more frequently, they were very responsive and bought a couple more of them.They've also been helpful whenever I've asked for tips on my technique, etc.

I was so excited to come to get membership this morning at 8am, but when i reached, there was no staff at all. I gave them a ring, and the lady said “ unfortunately, she already left”. But it’s still during staff hours. I’m quite disappointed and not gonna get the membership from this gym.

Great local gym! Has friendly owners/trainers, good range of equipment to do various workouts and the gym has a comfortable/non-intimidating feel to it.

Nice little gym, it is rarely crowded and the staff are pretty good.It doesn't have all the bells and whistles, but you can do just about anything you want or need.Has all the important pieces like bench, squat racks and deadlift platforms.There is even a lift, accessible before 10pm for all your leg day needs
