I was visiting Wagga and needed to organise flowers for a friend last year. The service was exceptional and the flowers were stunning. I made sure to take a business card for future use and today, a year later, I had the same experience when I called to order flowers again.Narelle was patient, helpful, generous, and clearly willing to go above and beyond. I will definitely be back, and have no issue referring others to her as well.

Extremely disappointed with baby boy arrangement which i ordered for my daughter and son-in-law from website pic. The only thing blue was a ribbon and the no way did it look likevit was worth $152. Customets be wary. Happy to shoe pics if interested.

Extremely disappointed with the service i received- I ordered flowers from this shop for my sister in hospital and not only did she not give them to my sister she left the flowers apparently with “helpers” of the hospital to give to reception to give to the floor my sister was on to then give to my sister - absolutely disgusted in the services - my sister never received her flowers and she gave multiple different stories as to how she delivered the flowers - I am disgusted - she has left it completely up to hospital staff to find these flowers who have more important things to be doing - she has taken my money and given zero help to rectify the problem when the blame falls completely on her for not performing a services I had paid her to do. I will never recommend her ever to anyone. Absolutely disgustingOnce I finally got in touch with her about how the flowers were delivered she told me if the patient had met her at the door. So now just so everyone is aware of you have someone in hospital who is I’ll - they should just meet her at the door to collect their flowers - she is a right piece of work - I would not support her business in anyway - to say I’m speechless is an understatement- what a joke!

Was very helpful. 3 beautiful posies I picked up with the colours I asked for. Yes we did pay cash and had no problem with that. Happy to use again

Absolutely thrilled with the flowers I ordered for 2 different people . Narelle was just lovely, she listened to my request and was able to produce a stunning arrangement. Can't be happier

I normally don't do google reviews but I thought screw it! I went to Lilly of the Vally 3 weeks before I was meant to get married!! not only did they do in limited time but also delivered to a wonderful stranded! very easy and wonderful to work with and I would highly recommend them to any of our friends and family! thanks again for being so patient with me with being stressed ! thanks again mrs and mr Foulkes

Proceed with caution. A pretty bouquet delivered, but not what was advertised (in colour or quantity). You be the judge of worth…. $125 (excl. delivery). Quite disappointed. Look elsewhere if you are wanting something special for your loved one.

Couldn't be worse!Visited the shop on a Tuesday morning and ordered a $180 arrangement no vase and spectacular" which was to be ordered ready made and delivered on Wednesday afternoon.Wednesday night no flowers and no phone call.Finally got some sense on Thursdayafternoon "your flowers will be delivered today"No! Maybe a $100 bunch of flowers dumped in the vase I specifically said I didn't want with zero artistic and creative effort.After multiple phone calls on Friday finally got an answer "your flowers didn't arrive so we sent what we had"Don't bother complaining it's considered "abuse" and you will be hung up on.Don't fall for the "eftpos not working do you have cash" so there is no record of your payment.I've posted a pic on google

Ordered a $100 bunch of flowers on Friday to be picked up at 9am sharp Monday morning as a gift for my sisters graduation, florist wasn’t open at 9am like promised even after knocking and calling the shop upon arrival so we had to leave to ensure we weren’t late for the graduation unfortunately without the flowers. Rang at 9:30am only to find that the flowers weren’t done and that whoever took the booking on Friday hadn’t informed the Monday crew what was going on. Had the bunch of flowers then delivered to the graduation only to find we paid $100 for what looked like a $50 bunch.Sadly, very unhappy.

Absolutely appalling. Only getting the 1 star because delivery was on time.I ordered flowers for $77 for my mum for mother's day and got something maybe worth $12... Could have gone to woolies and gotten better quality and more value for the same price. Rang them and told them the issue I had and was rudely told I got what I paid for which is rubbish.I would not recommend.1. You don't get what you paid for2. They're rude and don't care(photos attached showing what I ordered and what I got FOR $77!!)
