My 16 year old son had an appointment to get his 3rd Covid jab/booster.He arrived before his appointment time, was asked to sit and wait for the Pharmacist to administer his booster. He waited for 45 minutes, there was no one before or after him waiting. When his mother arrived to pick him up, the staff said sorry but the Pharmacist has gone home, come back another day. So they had to re-book. What the........!!!!! My son said the staff were walking passed him, looking at him and smiling. No body thought to ask why he was there or to tell him the Pharmacist had gone home. Do they have an appointment book??? Do they check it before they go home to see if they have any one coming for a jab/consultation. This is ridiculous, what a bunch of incompetent people/staff. Why bother making an appointment, so you can wait around for 45 minutes only to be told bad luck

Every time I attend this pharmacist they provide a high level of personalised customer service - a rare find for contemporary pharmacies.

I wish I could remember the name of the lady that served me today, best customer experience I've had in a long time! She was so helpful and friendly. Will definitely be returning

This place charges triple the price as other chemists! Avoid if you can.

Returned a call from your pharmacy and was made to feel as if I was wasting the persons time. Audibly frustrated on the phone and quite unprofessional.

Towerhill staff always greet you with a friendly smile. Our family has a lot of scripts and you walk in and the staff know you and do everything they can to get you what you need. The med advisor app makes ordering scripts a breeze!!

At the counter the staff member questioned my symptoms and offered me something stronger and took into acount my allergies. She also gave me a good deal on the medicine and made sure I understood which ones to take and when. Amazing customer service and helpful, knowledgeable staff

Don't bother using their menulog for delivery if you're too sick to drive, they just cancel the order and then you have to wait for the refund

I couldn't find a product, a staff member asked me if I needed any help and so I showed her what I needed from my phone (I had a photo of the product I needed from the internet) and not only did she get it off of the shelf for me, she wrapped it up so it would be more discreet and matched the price the photo on my phone had. The staff members are very friendly and I experienced great service
