These guys are fantastic. I came in at 7 PM needing a powerful computer for work and they stayed late putting in the last parts and installing the OS for me. I am very happy with their level of service and desire to please their customers.Thank you very much for helping out and working late.

Bought a fairly cheap gaming laptop from this place. It was cheaper than private sellers on gumtree so I wasn’t expecting much. I’ve had it for about 6 months and it’s still running smooth. I will definitely be buying here again when I am ready to upgrade.

Great customer service. Had a little misunderstanding but they got back to me as soon as possible and was able to sort it out. Had them build me a custom pc and I am happy with the result. Be sure to ask for extra rgb if that's what you want, as that is an option and they can add extra fans and panels. When I paid in shop I asked them to send my invoice for warranty but never received it. I sent them a message and they sent my invoice as soon as possible, they made sure I was a satisfied customer and I am pleased with there professionalism. Edit Thanks for getting back to me

Went to this shop for a computer check. Got a quotation for $50 AUD charge.When I collect my computer, they charge me for $100 AUD claiming that they perform a so-called dust cleaning and it cost an additional $50 AUD, which I didn't ask for.What's worse is they claim is the fault of the motherboard, and later it was found that it is a CPU failure instead while motherboard works totally fine. Basically, they didn't even check the PC carefully and have the guts to charge you double for no effort.Not recommended.

Paid quite abit over msrp for a aio cooler but the convenience outweighed the extra price as it was urgent, potential price error on behalf of the store owner, but other than that very knowledgeable had a good conversation.
