I visited the property for an inspection and found Gerry there, with his team. It was one of the best managed inspection with smiles on their face. There were 6 units on the property (occupied) and all six could be inspected. Each unit had a professional representative to answer the questions and they all were very friendly and welcoming. Prompt and effective communication was the strong point of Gerry. He was replying to all my questions over emails and messages quickly.Good job Gerry and team, I wish you good luck. I have to say that I couldn’t have been more impressed with Gerry throughout the sale of my property. This was the first property I’ve sold so I had absolutely no idea of the process. Every step of the way Gerry kept in touch. Even on days when there was nothing new to report he’d touch base to keep me informed. He was upfront, honest, professional, and handled everything perfectly - even when he contracted Covid and was extremely unwell. He swiftly held 3 open inspections and closed the deal achieving what I was hoping. He even conducted some maintenance himself on something that broke, while I was interstate. They made a stressful and sad task, which I knew absolutely zero about, so very easy.
