Service here is terrible. Staff are rude and unhelpful. When I had a cold last year i went in for some cold and flu tablets, they refused to sell them to me and instead loaded me up with antihistamines and cough syrup and other nonsense that I was silly enough to buy, and which of course didn't work. Only got worse until I went to a better pharmacy and got proper stuff. Went in today a year later for the same problem (I tend to get winter colds), only went there again as it's the most convenient for me. Staff still rude, still refused to hand out cold and flu tablets. I haven't bought any in months so not an issue there, didn't even look at my licence, just tried to give me incorrect medical advice... yet again. Pathetic.

Booster shot for Covid. Staff were friendly and super interested in what I had to say. Booking was easy and they had the vaccine I preferred. Not to mention the free personal sanitiser for coming.

I had run out of an important script and due to DR appointment running late I would have missed the pharmacy opening hours by about 5 minutes.After a phone call to say I was on my way to fill the script the girls waited and stayed that extra time to fill my script. They have made me feel very welcome as a new customer and I can't speak highly enough about the service received with the friendly staff. Thanks girls.
