Aircon purchased was well priced as compared to other sellers but everything else was pretty much a negative experience.Delivery was scheduled on 27 Feb but on 24 Feb, I received a call at 7.30am while I was still sleeping from the delivery man, telling me that he was delivering the aircon and couldn't find a place to park. I offered to buzz him into our basement garage but the van was too tall, I went down and tried to help him look for street parking. But at this 7 plus in the morning, most people haven't even went to work and there was no street parking available. Delivery man was working alone and since he had no space to park his vehicle, I had to bring the aircon and condenser unit up by myself. Good luck buying from them if you are elderly or a pregnant lady.After the delivery saga, I received a text stating that the installer, would contact me. Unfortunately, I did not get any calls or text from the installer and I took the initiative and sent an email using the email provided. No response after a few days, so I sent a text to the mobile number. No response as well. Called the installer and he gave me 3 possible dates that he could make it for the installation. He claimed that due to his busy schedule, he couldn't give me a firm date. As I had no choice and wanted the AC installed ASAP, I accepted the 3 potential dates and he said that he would call me prior to arrival. All 3 dates were weekdays and I had to clear my schedule and told my boss that I had to work from home.Installer didn't call on the first proposed date and I called them on the 2nd proposed date and he told me that he couldn't make it for all 3 of the original proposed dates. He pushed the installation one week later and once again gave another 2 maybe" dates instead of a firm date and time. I once again had to clear my schedule just for this. Finally on 1 of the "maybe" dates

Avoid them. I am dealing with these guys since 24th of January! I put the order, it took ages to get things started. Installer was not the best. Then we realized that they sent a wrong controller. I asked them to fix it , it took ages to get it done, they sent a new controller, different installer came and we realized that new controller is no functional. I sent an email 2 weeks ago and still haven’t heard of them. So after 5 months they haven’t finished the job. The local installer gave me a quote of 4k more expensive and I regret that I didn’t give the job to them. At least it would have done.P.s: all claims in owner’s response are false. What a joke!

What great service, couldn't have been happier. I received my Daikin split system quickly and it was great value with the saving I made. It was so handy to be recommended a trusted installer too which saved me a lot of time.
