I had two sessions with Chris this week for my sore neck which limited my daily function, such as shoulder check during driving and poor sleep etc. I have already felt so much better after the first session and back to my norm. I knew Chris for years and he is always able to help me recover after 1 or 2 visits. He is an expert sharing lots of knowledge and exercise tips. Honestly I used to do weekly massage, but with exercise techniques learnt from Chris, I see massage therapist much much less and get stronger too. Thank you so much Chris. Hope there are more people out there like you to help others with your knowledge and pure passion in looking after your clients.
