We had a lovely dinner to celebrate my wife's birthday. Gianni was easy to work with, very professional and the food was fantastic. We'll definitely be using him again.

I had the very pleasant experience of being looked after by Chef Gianni for multiple meals over multiple days. I was immediately struck by the produce he used - this laid the foundations for some very memorable meals. Chef Gianni is an absolute pro - his work ethic and preparation were first rate and he made everything easy for us (and very, very tasty). I am definitely a returning customer!!

I recently hosted a dinner party for 7, and thought for a change I 'd try hiring a personal chef so I could also enjoy the evening and spend the whole time with my guests instead of running around, getting up and down, cooking, serving, and worse of all having to face the prospects of washing up.Well, it was the best thing I have ever done! The evening was as flawless as Chef Gianni's dinner was impeccable. The food consisted of a 4 course modern Italian menu, using the freshest ingredients and each course was delicious and beautifully presented, just as you would expect in the finest of fine dining restaurants. The homemade black ink spaghetti with king pawns and crab was a standout, as was the main course of herb encrusted lamb back strap, perfectly flavoured and the presentation of each course was a work of art.One of my guests was a vegetarian and another one was a pescatarian, but Gianni had no problem in adapting the menu to accommodate everyone's culinary preferences.It was a fantastic evening, however I fear it will now be difficult to go back to cooking myself when I have a dinner party! So the next time I want to enjoy the evening with my friends I would not hesitate to get Gianni back for another delightful gastronomic experience!If you're thinking about a worry-free dinner party, I would highly recommend Chef Gianni Carrieri.

Chef Gianni has delivered an unforgettable culinary experience for my event. The menu assembled was impeccable and catered for very specific request. All dishes were fresh, at the correct temperature and full of flavour. And he was able to respect the timing requested. I had only had compliments from all the guests of the event. I will definitely hire Chef Gianni again and I highly recommend him.

Gianni is the absolute best!! We had over 100 people at our party and everyone was commenting on how amazing the food was. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented and there was more than enough food! He o my uses too quality ingredients and you can tell. On top of his food being th best we have ever had at a function he is an exceptional person and wonderful to deal with. Look no further than this talented chef! And his desserts were sublime!!

Chef Gianni & his team were absolutely fabulous! He hosted a 30th Birthday dinner for 20 of us. The food, drinks & atmosphere that he created made for a truely memorable moment. Would highly recommend & we look forward to having Chef Gianni at our next event!
