I needed to replace my old filter. Went to Brookvale warehouse and discussed with their stuff. Their approach was very professional and overall very helpful and friendly. In this busy time they arranged to deliver the filter soon and the guy (Luke) installed it in no time. His work was excellent, without any split of sand on the floor. He took the old filter away and left the site clean. I am very happy of his work. He also helped me to treat some bad algae that recently showing on the pool floor. I certainly recommend Brookvale office and all their stuff.

Will and the team give the best and most timely customer service of any store I've ever been to in Sydney.This is the only pool store I have come accross that can provide real advice as they have experience supplying equipment from a range of manufacturers. Most importantly they're not trying to sell you products you don't need or want.I also found listed prices to be extremely competitive.I would encourage others that read this to visit the Brookvale store. I found Will and teams assistance very valuable.

Highly recommended. Don't be put off by the industrial shelving and piles of boxes. The young man who advised me about pool pumps knew his products and could offer a wide range. I've just been back to buy a best-available pump at a very competitive price. I can't speak for services like water testing, but for products thay are excellent. You can park there too.

Will not use again. Wanted to find a reliable pool shop but not here for me. Over charged for a poor installation. Installer didn't not leave any manuals on how pump works nor explained. Just in a hurry to leave. Like I was today from their shop. Will spend my money else where thanks.

Very disappointed .. enquire numerous times about pool heating with no call back. When I approach their store in Brookvale was confronted by an arrogant salesman. Have taken my business elsewhere that have better product knowledge and customer appreciation and service ..

Will and the crew did a great job sorting out an issue for us. Had to fault find and solve a difficult system issue and nothing was too much trouble, all in time for Xmas. Highly recommend this business for all pool related issues and new installations.
