Worst realestate to deal with do not rent your property with this buisness.They clearly work for the Tennant not the property owner be aware if you want your property handed back damaged use this company.Poor poor poor is all I can say so upset with what has happened to us .I must also say if you have properties getting rented with this company try and keep up with the large amount of staff that will deal with you and document all conversations and agreements .

I find Ray White Echuca very easy to deal with the staff are very happy to go out of there way to help with all your needs I have been renting with them for 8 years now and I have had no problems with them I would highly recommend ray white Echuca for all sales of houses and the only place to find a decent house to rent. well done steve and lynn and all the team keep up the great work you do.

Having recently relocated from Melbourne to rent in Echuca we were impressed by the efficient friendly and professional service we had from Ray White and in particular our agent Leanne. The utility connection service was a great bonus and Sash also was very professional and enjoyable. Highly recommend Ray White Echuca!

Wouldn't recommend, had our deposit for nearly 12 months, couldn't careless about us, have asked for updates on titles but given nothing pretty disappointing.

Unfortunately cannot apply a 0 star rating.Worst Real Estate when it comes to property management, completely have the tenants best intentions in mind, anything that requires any extra effort or paperwork becomes all too hard and then they explain that the laws are written for the tenant.The attitude from management is disgraceful and disrespectful, we got absolutely no value for money through Ray White, had to hold their hand the whole way and be patient as i had over 3 property managers roll through on my property in under a year.They lied, were not pro-active or professional and inexperienced.Landlord beware, they are atrocious and will not support you or your property.

(Edit: I'd like to make it clear my comments about no feedback were based off several other times prior to my recent visit over the year. To which I recieved no specifics. I've based the review off my opinion and experience as a whole. But since I cant do half a star fine. I'll round up one despite my opinions not changing but needing clarificlarificationI do hope to have my opinion changed in the future and maybe I just got some unlucky times)I was offered little assistance in applications and had been told seperate things at different times. I get told a property is already taken prior despite them being listed still and given no replies to why applications failed. Nothing comes through over several months and can often go weeks without hearing back.I was not told during application of requirements to warrant being accepted but am told my 'application was suitible but unsuccessful.' Withiut any specifics. May be an automated message but I'd expect some form of response over several months and applications to why they failed.I'd hope this is simply the company higher up screwing up and not the people at this specific branch as they seem nice. But from my own experience I cannot recommend and would suggest other agents. As I've at least gotten replies and proper feedback from others.
