Gordon Power Station
In 2010 I tried to hitchhike from Hobart to the Gordan Dam with a friend. After some bit, I managed to brake both my feet by slipping in bad weather conditions with no supplies. Luckily, my friend spotted this power station and dragged me in. The staff members were really nice and helpful, and even gave us tea while we waited to get medical supplies. Once both my broken feet were bandaged, one of the staff members offered us a ride to Strathgordon. Surprisingly, one of the rangers there drove us all the way back to Hobart, which was really nice. Great experience. 5 stars.

Gordon Power Station
In 2010 a friend and I tried to hitchhike to Gordon Dam. We found ourselves stranded in the hail, and had no supplies. We wandered into this power station hoping to get some help. The staff were extremely friendly, gave us tea and biscuits, and drove us to Strathgordon where we were housed and had warm showers. Eventually one of the Strathgordon rangers actually drove us all the way back to Hobart. Really awesome people. Probably saved our arses from dying. So I feel that merits five stars.
