The staff and management always provide excellent service and sound advice. They will price match all regular medications with that of their bigger competitors. This place has the best customer I have ever had at a pharmacy! The underground parking is free for customers (out of the hot sun!). The staff are very personable and friendly, watching the lovely lady problem solve today was very helpful and reassuring I'm getting the best service.

It is so incredibly convenient to have a pharmacy in the same building as a GP clinic. I started attending the clinic when I worked in the area, but - although - I have moved on from that job - it is still my clinic because of the incredible professionalism and friendliness of the staff there AND at Whitehorse Pharmacy.It's easy to get to and has free parking, which gives it a significant advantage over a lot of other pharmacies in the area.

Just want to say a massive thank you to Kevin the pharmacist! He was so helpful in assisting me organise a flu shot required for work despite them being in high demand. He was very understanding, proactive, and communicated in a very professional manner. I definitely recommend seeing Kevin as he is fantastic. Thank you again, your help is so greatly appreciated!

I came in with my daughter to get some medicine and supplements, my daughter was trying to take one bottle of supplement for us and the pharmacist on duty told her not to touch anything in the store, even though I was standing next to her.

The pharmacists in white horse pharmacy are very efficient, they spend time to educate the patient about their medications. Very caring and very accurate. Offering personalised service.They are very safe and can save you a lot of trouble. I will never go any where else.. Highly recommended.

Although I have only visited the pharmacist in person on a couple of occasions, I have spoken with Kevin over the phone and in person also. His customer service is excellent - friendly, reliable and easy to deal with. I appreciated that he was able to deliver medication to my address with no charge. I would like for other pharmacies to take note. Bit of difficulty getting through on phone as it rings and rings and takes you through to a voicemail, which doesn't identify the business or other details.

I have been going to Whitehorse Pharmacy since the business started few years ago. I have always found all my medical needs available there and on par with Chemist Warehouse prices. The staff and the owner there are very professional and helpful, always have the right advice. I recommend going there for a sincere advice and the right price.
