Corey was the ultimate professional and nothing was to much trouble. He sold our house in three days for far more than we expected. His communication skills are exceptional and works hard to ensure his clients needs are met. His knowledge of the housing market and the appropriate pricing was tremendous. Could not recommend him and his agency highly enough to anybody needing a Real Estate agent. Fantastic service with a smile.

A lot of the reviews here are from sellers perspectives. From a buyers perspective, Corey and his team were great to deal with. We'd had a lot of interaction with agents who weren't interested in giving us our time as buyers because ultimately, they weren't working for us.Corey and his team put aside time for a private inspection for us as we couldn't make the advertised time, which was great because we ended up buying the place! Corey has an honest, no BS approach and we always felt like we were able to trust him. He was happy to answer any questions we had and helped to make the process really smooth.Great, professional Real Estate Agents.

We have dealt with both Phil & Corey and found them to be both professional, ethical & extremely proactive. We have bought, sold & rented (both as landlords & tenants) many times over the years and they are a breath of fresh air from most of our previous experiences. Unfortunately the best way to find out just how good your property manager really is, is when you have to remove your tenants.
