Spoke with Danny on the phone and he seems quite friendly. And drop in to the store next day, and just saw Frank at the counter. He was very unfriendly and impatient. The outside caryard is extremely crowded and next to busy punt road. I asked how should I move my car ? Frank said” just move it !”. Then I hand over the registration paper, he looks very disgruntled and starts to sigh in front of me which is very impolite. His behaviours is quite unprofessional especially for luxury car repairers.Will definitely not go ahead with this repairer.

Luxury Auto Body restored my Audi vehicle to a factory mint condition. The bodywork and paint job done was superb! The wheels and alignment were spot on. A hire vehicle was also delivered to me when my car was towed away. Excellent service.

After an appalling job by Mercedes Auto Body on my CL600, Luxury Auto Body was a breath of fresh air. The only comment I can say is 'there was no sign of any dent after the repair'. Great workshop, messy yard but good job. Small gripe with reinstalling door hardware but they were on it straight away. Recommend.

Frank Meo went above and beyond in arranging for my car to be repaired. There were a number of tricky elements to it as I was claiming under insurance whilst selling the car as a trade in at the same time. Frank coordinated with multiple parties, was extremely efficient and provided 5 star customer service. I would not hesitate to return to Luxury Auto Body and it would be a pleasure to deal with Frank again in future.

My Golf GTI was involved in an accident and required repair and repainting. John and his team did a fantastic job with the car, it came out looking brand new again. The paint was matched perfectly and could not fault the service. Would definitely recommend LAB for any premium repair.

Amazing service. Had my car in and advised possible 4 days to finish it they had it perfectly finished in 2 days. From the tow truck driver that picked up the car to the business owner Ange and everyone in between absolute professional service and care. I'm a very fussy and pedantic person when it comes to my cars and they did the job faultlessly in efficient time. I have and would recommend luxury to all my friends and family. I have never had better service than these guys.

This place is like a supercar garage. Angelo and Frank really know their stuff and for someone who is fussy they did a good job. The type of cars that come to this place a very high end and they can’t afford to do a bad job. The repairs might take a little bit longer than other places but you shouldn’t rush quality and who cares when you are given a new Mercedes Benz as a loan car. Will definitely use them again if ever needed.

Twice they damage my car and try to escape liability without sufficient evidence. If you fix cars that worth more than $100k without recording everything you are not doing your job correctly.Communication is also horrendous. I had to chase the repair myself over the course of two months.Their garage outside os super crowded. Huge lack of care by all means.
